Libraries CLOSED: July 4th, July 11th, and July 31st

Wake Tech Libraries will be closed on the following dates:

July 4th – in observance of Independence Day holiday

July 11th – Library staff professional development day

July 31st – Division Meeting (staff professional development)

Library staff members thank students, staff, faculty, and the community for their support as they work to enhance services at Wake Tech Libraries.  Staff Development Days allow all staff members to receive training to better serve our patrons.

All libraries will resume summer operating hours through August  2nd.  Library hours varies by campus location, please check our website.

NC LIVE – ProQuest: New York Times & Wall Street Journal Unavailable on June 15th

On Saturday, June 15th, 2013 from 10 pm – 4 am, ProQuest will be performing database maintenance and installing database enhancements.  During this time, the New York Times and Wall Street Journal databases will be unavailable.

Bloom’s Literary Reference Online

This database features content from Facts On File’s extensive print literature collection, hundreds of Harold Bloom’s essays examining the lives and works of great writers throughout history and the world, and thousands of critical articles published by noted scholars under the Bloom’s Literary Criticism imprint. This accessible database also contains an archive of more than 46,000 characters; extensive entries on literary topics, themes, movements, genres, and authors; almost 200 video clips; and more.

Mango Languages

Are you trying to learn a new language?   Try using Mango Languages today!
