Colleage Conversion Now in Progress

The first two conversions are the Student Demographic (STU-DEM) conversion and the Additional NC Demographic (XNCP) conversion. They convert the student demographic data and will require the following restrictions:

Beginning Monday, February 13th, the following workflow changes must occur:

SSN changes for students must be held until September 16th.

Name, address, email, phone changes for students must be held until February 27th.

Fall 2006 enrollment applications must be held until February 27th.

Summer 2006 enrollment applications and test scores may continue to be entered in the IIPS system until April 1st.

Beginning Monday, February 27th, the following workflow changes must occur:

Fall 2006 enrollment applications will be processed on the Colleague system.

Fall 2006 applicant test scores will be processed in Colleague.

Name, address, phone, email changes must be processed in both IIPS and Colleague (dual data entry).

The Student Implementation Team would like to thank you in advance for your patience as we tackle these conversions. On Monday, February 29th, a second set of conversions will begin to convert the student program data. As that date approaches, we will send out a similar email detailing the changes which will occur.
